About Me

My name is Rachael and I am an End of Life Educator and Support Worker. I provide education, administration and practical in-home supports for those who are end of life, their families and carers. My work is driven by providing comfort and clarity during one of life's most challenging transitions. I guide clients through all aspects of the end of life journey in alignment with values and final wishes, including bereavement and grief care. Whether the loss is anticipated or sudden, together we can ensure as best as possible a "Good Departure".

My services

End of Life Planning, Documentation and Administration
Practical guidance to navigate end-of-life decisions and planning with confidence. Support includes education on palliative care options, completing Advanced Care Directives, advance care planning, death and funeral planning, and documenting your wishes to ensure your final chapter unfolds as intended.


In Home Support Services & Respite
Non-medical assistance in the comfort of your home, assisting with daily activities, companionship, care coordination and practical tasks.

Reliable respite care giving family & caregivers the essential breaks they need to rest and recharge. Ensuring continuity of support for you and your loved one.


Legacy
Legacy services including life story documentation, digital footprint management, and capturing the details that matter—family recipes, gardening wisdom, favorite fishing spots—plus eulogy writing for those who wish to have the last word!

    End of Life Doula - Intensive 2026
    End of Life Doula - Foundation 2025

    Diploma’s in - Workplace & Business Coaching, Training & Assessment, Business Management. Cert IV Accounting & Bookkeeping.
